  • RefillWise cannot be used in addition to insurance, but it can be used instead of insurance. Even if you have health coverage for prescriptions, RefillWise will likely save you money if you have a high deductible health plan or if your health plan doesn't cover your medication.

    If you aren't sure, simply ask your pharmacist the RefillWise price compared to the insurance price, then choose the cheaper option.

  • At the present time the RefillWise discount card does not cover mail order prescriptions. However, RefillWise is accepted at all major retail pharmacies and most independent pharmacies as well.

  • No, RefillWise is not health insurance. RefillWise is a free, prescription discount program.

  • As long as you visit a participating pharmacy, it is always your decision if you want to use your RefillWise card. If your pharmacist has any questions about RefillWise, please ask them to call (855) 279-9027 for help.


  • Use our drug finder to see if RefillWise covers certain medications. If you can't find the specific medication you're looking for, feel free to ask our customer support team.

  • When you present your card at the pharmacy, your pharmacist can tell you the RefillWise price before you purchase your prescription. That way, you will not pay more than you need to for your prescriptions.

    If you'd like to get a general idea of what you might pay at the pharmacy, email with the a) name of your medication, b) dosage amount prescribed, and c) quantity prescribed, and we can check to see what other RefillWise users have paid in the past. Due to the fact that prices change daily at the pharmacy, this is only an estimate and not a guarantee.

  • No, compound and specialty drugs are not covered under our savings.


  • You will earn 500 loyalty points every time you pick up a prescription with your RefillWise card.

  • After accumulating 5,000 points — or after 10 purchased prescriptions — you'll earn a $5 gift card reward. We'll automatically e-mail your reward as soon as you earn it.

  • You can redeem your points for gift cards to Walmart, Target, or CVS. Use them for anything in store, not just medication!

  • Yes, you can! Your RefillWise card won't get in the way of earning loyalty points with your pharmacy.

My Card

  • After entering your email address, you will receive a digital card in your email. If you can't find your card, you can enter your email address on the Access Your Card page and we'll send you another copy.

    If you prefer a physical card, you can request one by contacting our customer support team.

  • Yes, using the same RefillWise card within a household will help you earn points and rewards even faster.

  • Anyone outside of your household should get their own RefillWise card for free.

  • Simply enter your email address on the Access Your Card page and we'll send you another copy in your email.

  • We hate to see you go, but if you'd like to cancel your card, email and a member of our customer experience team will deactivate your account.
